Berry Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Imagine this refreshing
fruit-inspired salad

Served on chilled plates, sweet fresh berries make a great combination with crunchy lettuce.

This vinaigrette is made with raspberries so the dressing has a deep red color with citrus flavors that you can use on other salads too.

I use this salad and dressing a lot and it’s gorgeous on a blanched broccoli and asparagus salad with fresh herbs. The citrus combination makes the salad extravagant . . . especially with freshly chopped mint leaves!
